The Building Contractors Association of SW Idaho PAC is the political action arm of the Idaho Building Contractors Association (IBCA), a trade association representing Idaho’s home building industry. IBCA represents more than 1,000 member companies organized through nine local associations across Idaho, committed to “promoting and protecting the American dream of home ownership” through education, advocacy, and professional standards. The PAC supports Idaho legislative candidates who prioritize policies that keep home building viable — including land use and zoning reform, permitting efficiency, workforce development for skilled trades, and regulatory approaches that allow the construction industry to meet Idaho’s rapid housing demand. Based at 6206 N. Discovery Way in Boise, IBCA is one of the most active construction industry voices in Idaho’s legislative process as the state manages among the fastest population growth rates in the nation.
