About Idaho Association of Realtors
The Idaho Association of Realtors is Idaho’s largest real estate trade association, representing more than 12,000 REALTORĀ® members across the state and headquartered at 10116 W Overland Rd in Boise. The association champions member interests at federal, state, and local government levels, “striving to foster policies safeguarding private property rights, enhancing consumer standards, supporting realtors, and nurturing the American dream of homeownership.” Its political action arm, RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee), is one of the most active industry PACs in Idaho elections, directing contributions to candidates who support private property rights, homeownership policies, a fair and efficient real estate transaction environment, and regulatory approaches that keep homeownership accessible. With Idaho among the nation’s fastest-growing states and housing affordability a central policy challenge, the Idaho Association of Realtors plays an influential role in shaping legislative priorities on land use, housing, property taxation, and real estate regulation.
