Texas native and entrepreneur Jay Noller runs for his first term as house representative. The former U.S. Bobsled team athlete owns a travel agency and coaches at Mountain View High School. Noller attended The University of Texas at El Paso and graduated in 2006. He has been working and living in Idaho for over two decades and seeks his first term in the State House of Representatives District 12 Seat B.

The 2024 Idaho Primary Election, set for May 21, will determine which candidates will represent the Constitution, Democratic, Libertarian and Republican parties in the general election in November. In some districts, only one party is represented, so the primary also will effectively determine who wins that office.
