Wendy is a graduate of Roy High School and continued her education by earning an Associate of Science degree from Dixie State College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from BYU-Idaho. An active member of the LDS church, Wendy has contributed significantly to her community and field through her involvement in the Leadership in Nuclear Energy (LINE) Commission and as the founder and chair of the Energy and Technology caucus. Her previous roles include serving as a Bonneville School Board Trustee and as President of the Idaho School Boards Association. Wendy is married to Briggs, and together they have five children and six grandchildren.
