Keith Newberry

Keith Newberry, born as the eleventh of eighteen children in southern Ohio, graduated from New Richmond High School in 1984 and subsequently joined the US Navy. He served as a machinist mate in the nuclear power program, a role that brought him to Idaho Falls in 1985, where he met his wife, Barbara. After serving on the USS Portsmouth SSN 707 and the USS Dixon (AS37), Keith was honorably discharged in 1992 and settled in Idaho Falls. He worked at the Idaho National Laboratory until 2021, when he left over vaccine mandates. This sparked his political activism, leading him to run for office in 2022 with a platform focused on resisting unconstitutional mandates and promoting fiscal responsibility. Keith is also a dedicated family man, with three children and ten grandchildren, committed to securing a future that protects individual rights and promotes responsible governance.
