The Idaho Voter Guide provides general, public-interest information about candidates, elected officials, ballot measures and political organizations, compiled from public records and cited sources. It is educational. It is not legal advice, election-administration guidance or an endorsement of any candidate, measure, party or organization. The official sources for who is on the ballot, polling places, deadlines and results are the Idaho Secretary of State and your county clerk. Check them before you rely on anything here to vote.

We work to keep the guide accurate and to cite our sources, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or current. Candidate information, court rulings, campaign finance figures and election details change. If you believe something is wrong, tell us through the contact form on the About page or at the email above, and include a source. We review factual correction requests and update pages when the evidence supports a change.

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or deceptive;
• scrape, copy at scale, or republish the site’s content in a way that overloads or interferes with it, or that presents our work as someone else’s;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts or its data, or to bypass security or anti-abuse measures;
• submit false information or impersonate another person; or
• use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The text, organization, design, logos and graphics of the site belong to Snake River Strategies LLC or its licensors. Public records and facts are not owned by anyone. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the page, and you may share links freely. Candidate photos, logos and quotations remain the property of their owners and are shown for identification and public-interest reporting. Other reuse requires our written permission.

If you send us a message, correction request, tip or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and, to your knowledge, truthful. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to run, review and improve the site. We will not publish what you send, or quote you by name, without your consent, and we check new factual claims against reliable sources before we add them to a page.

Accounts are free and use an emailed sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site. Account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The site and our emails may include advertising and labeled sponsored content. Ads are paid placements and do not mean we endorse the advertiser, candidate or measure. Advertising does not affect what our profiles say.

The guide links to campaign sites, government sites, news outlets and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snake River Strategies LLC and its members, managers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them or the site.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
