Dustin, a native of Blackfoot and Pocatello, Idaho, is a seasoned lawyer and entrepreneur. After graduating from Blackfoot High School, he pursued higher education at the University of Utah and then earned his law degree from Drake University Law School. Dustin is admitted to practice law in both Idaho and California. His early career included a position as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and a managerial role at SkyWest Airlines. Today, he is the founder and owner of Milestone Law PLLC, a firm specializing in business law, estate planning, and intellectual property. Additionally, Dustin serves as a board member and vice-president of the Lillian Vallely Youth Foundation, further demonstrating his commitment to community service. He is married to Whitney and together they contribute to their community both professionally and personally.
