About Idaho Fraternal Order of Police (FOP)

The Idaho Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) is Idaho’s state chapter of the national Fraternal Order of Police, the world’s largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers. The Idaho FOP advocates for the interests of Idaho’s law enforcement community at the state Legislature and with local governments, focusing on officer safety, competitive compensation and benefits, pension protections, staffing levels, and equipment funding. The organization adheres to the national FOP motto “Jus Fidus Libertatum” — Law is the Safeguard of Freedom — reflecting the membership’s commitment to constitutional law enforcement. The Idaho FOP endorses candidates for state legislative and statewide offices who demonstrate sustained support for law enforcement, having backed candidates in recent cycles including House Speaker Mike Moyle, Rep. Megan Blanksma, Rep. Julie Yamamoto, and Sen. C. Scott Grow, among others. The organization can be reached at BryanLFOP@gmail.com or 208-317-2787.
